Welcome to our Shipping & Returns section! We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and our policies are designed to make your journey with us as smooth as possible.

Shipping Information

Carriers: Check the checkout page to see the countries we ship to. Our default shipping is ground shipping, utilizing major carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, Air, and Sea. Currently, we don't offer the option to choose your preferred carrier.

Freight: Shipping charges depend on your product weight and location. You'll find freight costs before reaching the final checkout page.

Shipped: Once your order status hits "shipped," it means your items are en route, with a tracking number sent to you. Expect a general delivery time of 6-12 days.

Backorder: Typically, we ship your entire order together. If an item goes on backorder, we'll send what's available first, with the rest following when it's back in stock. No extra shipping charges apply. For specific requests, reach out to us.

Sign for Packages: Follow standard courier practice – inspect your parcel before signing. Failure to do so may exempt us from liability for transit-related damages.

Returns & Exchanges

For purchases made on Power Home, our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving them. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

The 30-day return policy is applicable to unused items in their original condition. The cost of returning the item to our warehouse will be your responsibility.

If the return request is made after the initial 30-day period but within 6 months, and the item is unused and in its original condition, you may still return it. A restocking fee will be applied by Power Home.

Once the return process is initiated, please ensure that the item is returned within 14 days. Power Home will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

In the case of receiving an incorrect item, violent logistics damage, missing parts, quality issues, etc., please contact us promptly for a replacement or refund.

Modifying the shipping address is possible before the item is shipped. However, if the goods are already in transit and the delivery address needs to be changed, you will be responsible for the additional address change cost. Power Home does not support returns or refunds in such cases.

Refunds, Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

Items Refund
Items in original condition within 30 days. General Items: 100% of the item price
Customized Items: 85% of the item price
Items that have been used within 30 days. Up to 85% of the item price
Items in original condition for 30 days to 6 months. General Items: 70% of the item price
Customized Items: 50% of the item price
Items in original condition for more than 6 months. Consult with us
Returned items received with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have visible signs of use for reasons due to buyer error. Consult with us
