Took This Camping – Ended Up Being the MVP of the Trip
Brought this little radio on a weekend camping trip and it came in clutch more times than I expected. The hand crank is super smooth – gave it a few turns and it powered up the radio no problem. Also left it out in the sun during the day and the solar panel kept the battery topped off. The weather band actually picked up local forecasts, which was nice since we had some storms rolling through. The flashlight is surprisingly bright, and the motion-sensing reading light is a nice touch – turns on automatically when you reach for it in the dark. Also used the USB port to give my phone a quick boost when it was dying. All that in a package that's smaller than a water bottle and weighs almost nothing. For camping, emergencies, or just keeping in the car, this thing's a no-brainer.
